Below are the extra options that you can set for Data extractor files.

•     Stop all the subsequent calls on the first short dump: This option will stop all subsequent calls if a data dump is encountered.

 

•     Turbo Processing threshold: Set the threshold for data extraction blocks. Default is 1 row.

 

•     Set columns format to "General" while running: Set all the columns format in ibook/Excel to general before data extract.

 

•     Convert SAP date to Excel system date: Convert SAP date to the excel/ibook date format.

•     Check Line Level authorization: Enable this option to check line level authorization.

 

•     Method 1: This is the standard method used

 

•     Method 2: This is optional if  Method 1 fails.

 

•     Method 3: This is after both Method 1 and Method 2 fail.

•     Name of extended function: Name of extended function module to be used

 

•     Allow Floating: Allow floating point values

 

•     Reset settings for packed numbers: Reset the settings for packed numbers to original

 

 

 

•     Record/Row width: total width of records for data extract
