How to restore backup files

This error occurs in Process Runner when the user tries to open process file  which is corrupted.

Suggested Solution:

1) Copy its backup file "Get Character Class.bff" from the Backup folder, paste it to your main working folder  and change its file extension from '.bff' to '.iff'. The back up files can be found in My Documents\Innowera\Backup folder if “Automatically create backup of Process File when saving” option under Tools -> Options -> Updates/Backup is enabled. This allows users to have a copy of previously working file. Click here to view the Updates/Backup options.

Similarly, if it is a transaction file change extension from '.btf' to '.itf',  for GUI Scripting file change it from '.bsf' to '.isf' and for Data Extractor file change it from '.bte' to '.ite' extension in the main working folder.

2) If the above option doesnot work, please create new process file.
