Updates/Backup

This option allows users to set a reminder to get the latest updates of Process Runner. Users can also enable the automatic process of backing up process files, Stat files and log files.

Click on 'Options' button in standard toolbar and click on 'Updates/Backup' tab in Options window.

•At Startup: Remind about Update each time the Application starts.

•Every: Remind about Update every n Days, where n specifies the number of Days.

•Never: Do not remind about Update.

•Check For Update: Directly Check for any Updates if available.

•Auto Update File Version: This option will automatically update your file version to the latest version & will not prompt you for an upgrade every time you open the file.

•Disable future version file check: Enabling this option will suppress all the pop up warning messages, when you open the process files created in new version in old version.

•Disable SAP version check on run: Enabling this option will suppress all the pop up warning messages, when you execute the process files created in different SAP version in the current version.

•Automatically create backup of Process file when saving: Enabling this option will automatically store the backup of the process file in My Documents\Innowera\Backup folder.

•Auto backup of process file when saving from schedule/command prompt run/smart eshare run: Enabling this option will automatically store backup of the process file in Backup folder under My Documents\Innowera\Backup folder.

•Automatically backup Log and Stat file when starting Process Runner: Enabling this option will automatically store the backup of Log and Stat file in My Documents\Innowera\Backup folder.

•Auto backup of Log and Stat files when starting schedule/command prompt run: Enabling this option store the backup of Log and Stat file in Backup folder under My Documents\Innowera\Backup folder.

•Create new Log file when it reaches: Enabling this option will automatically create new Log file when it reaches the specified size.

•Create new Stat file when it reaches: Enabling this option will automatically create new Stat file when it reaches the specified size.

Ready_run_template

•Location on Cloud: Allows to keep the cloud link for reference purpose only.

•Download folder: Allows to specify the location where Cloud Ready to Run template files will be downloaded
