Configure Report Settings
This topic describes how to configure the report settings.
To configure report settings
- On the Process Runner tab, select Tools> Options > Others tab, or select Tools (Workflow) > Reports > Report Settings. The Options window is displayed.
- On the Others tab, select one of the following options in the Report Settings section.
- Show report in preview: Indicates that you can view the report in preview mode. You can filter the data according to the date and can export to different file types.
- Show report in Excel file: Indicates that you can view the report directly in Excel. There are no filter options available and data for the last 10 days is available in the Excel file. By default, the Easy Workflow report files are stored in the Documents folder. To change this location, go to the Options window > Path tab, and browse to select another location in Select folder to store exported Easy Workflow report file (Usually My Documents Folder).
- If you have selected Show report in Excel file, you can select the Overwrite existing file option. The existing Easy Workflow Excel reports are overwritten.
