View OutBox
The OutBox window lists work item notification emails that are in progress or are yet to be sent, generally, because the Easy Workflow service is unavailable.
Resend and Restore options are not available in the OutBox window.
To view the OutBox
- In Easy Workflow Cockpit, select Emails > OutBox. The OutBox window is displayed.
- Select Refresh to refresh the list of emails.
- To move an email to Deleted Items, select the email, and select Delete.
- To resend an email, select the email, and select Resend.
- Select Filter to filter the items by date. Alternatively, you can use the Show filter row and then filter.
- To display the mails for specific workflows, select the workflows from the Select Workflow Name dropdown list.
- Double-click the mail to view the email details and select Additional Information section. The SMTP and workflow details of the step for which the email was generated is displayed in a pop-up window.
