View Deleted Items
The Deleted Items window lists work item notification emails that were deleted from OutBox, Sent Items, or Failed Items.
Resend option is not available in the Deleted Items window.
To view the Deleted Items
- In Easy Workflow Cockpit, select Emails > Deleted Items. The Deleted Items window is displayed.
- Select Refresh to refresh the list of emails.
- To delete an email permanently, select the email and select Delete.
- Select Restore to send the email back to the folders from where it was deleted. You can also right-click a failed item and restore it.
- Select Filter to filter the items by date. Alternatively, you can use the Show filter row and then filter.
- To display the mails for specific workflows, select the workflows from the Select Workflow Name dropdown list.
