View Failed Items

The Failed Items window lists work item notification emails that were not sent to the users because of network connectivity issues, invalid or nonexistent email address, server error, and other such issues.…

Resend and Restore options are not available in the Failed Items window.

To view the Failed Items

  1. In Easy Workflow Cockpit, select Emails > Failed Items. The Failed Items window is displayed.
  2. Select Refresh to refresh the list of emails.
  3. To move an email to Deleted Items, select the email, and select Delete.
  4. To resend an email, select the email, and select Resend.
  5. Select Filter to filter the items by date. Alternatively, you can use the Show filter row and then filter.
  6. To display the mails for specific workflows, select the workflows from the Select Workflow Name dropdown list.
