User may see this error when trying to use the Process Runner DB license from out of licensed site, in some cases if user is traveling out of licensed site. Please note that Innowera license you have purchased is valid only for specific site and should not be used outside of that location.
Suggested Solutions:
1.Please check with your administrator who is handling Innowera license management, if you are using correct type of license and/or if there is another type of license that is available for your site.
2.You may upgrade your license to add another site. Please contact sales@innowera.com or write to your Innowera sales person.
