No license for product (-1)

When encountering License error message similar to mentioned below, please follow these instructions.

 

no license for product(-1)

 

This error occurs in Process Runner DB when client unable to communicate with the License Server. This mainly happens if PRORDB.LIC file is blank, corrupted or edited.

 

Suggested Solution:

 

We request you to edit the PRORDB.LIC file in ‘C:\Users\Documents\Innowera\LicDB\PRORDB.LIC’.

Add following line to the PRORDB.LIC file.

server <IP Address> any 5053’ and save it.

Make sure that the file has only one line mentioned above. Replace <IP Address> with the actual IP address.
