This will provide a step-by-step help for installing and Activating Process Runner DB license.
There are two methods to activate license.
A.Online Activation
Once you receive license from Innowera, Process Runner DB license can be activated by the below options:
1.Activate the license through Splash screen
2.Activate the license from Process Runner DB Help -> Manage License
3.If the existing license has expired
B.Offline Activation
Please find below step-by-step help for activating Process Runner DB license.
Follow the below mentioned steps of procedure to activate your Process Runner DB license online.
A.Activate the license through Splash screen
a.Click on ‘Activate Product’ button to activate Process Runner DB license.
b.‘Innowera License Activation’ window is displayed.
c.Enter the following information in the Innowera License Activation window. Click on the pencil icon •Company Name: Enter the Company name that you want Process Runner DB to display when it starts. •User Name: Enter the name that you want Process Runner DB to display when it starts. For e.g: John Smith •License Key: Enter the license key as provided by Innowera.
d.Click on ‘Activate Online’ button.
e.Click on ‘Confirm And Activate Now’ button under the Product license activation confirmation section to activate the license
f.Product activation window is displayed and Process Runner DB will restart.
B.Activate the license from Process Runner DB Help -> Manage License
In the 'Innowera License Activation' window enter the Company Name, Display Name that you want Process Runner DB to display when it starts. Enter license key provided by Innowera and activate the license. Click on the pencil icon
C.Existing license has expired
When you see a License Expiration window, click on "Manage License" to start License activation process.It will open the ‘Innowera License Activation’ window. Click on Pencil icon D.Send your mail to license@innowera.com for license related any query. |

Follow the below mentioned steps of procedure to activate your Process Runner DB license offline.
1.Start Process Runner DB. 2.Go to Help -> Manage License. 3.Click on Activate Offline option.
It will display the offline activation popup with the steps to activate the license offline.
