'Display Document in SAP' option is available only if Hyperlink feature of message settings is actively configured for Process File. It allows Process Runner users to select cells in excel (iBook) having 'Hyperlink' in its SAP return messages and view them in SAP GUI. Clicking on this button will automatically open that display transaction. This option will not work for External Excel file. Please note that SAP GUI must be installed in order to use this feature.

Following are the generic steps to view the posted document in SAP.

1.Once the document posting is successful after execution of Process File.

2.Go to iBook tab and select the document that is to be displayed in SAP.

3.Click on "Display Document in SAP" command of "Other" Group.

4.Logon pad for SAP will be displayed, enter valid credentials for SAP to display the document in SAP.
