The process files with file types (itf, .isf, .ite, .iff) are associated with Process Runner and can be opened with Process Runner . Users having Process Runner and valid licenses installed on their system, may sometimes face issue opening such file types as system might no longer show these files as Process Runner files with Process Runner icon. Double-click to open also fails to associate the file with Process Runner making it impossible to work with such files.
Suggested Solutions:
1.File Association option in Process Runner associates the process files with Process Runner. File association connects file type (.itf, .isf, .ite, .iff) with Process Runner that can open this type of file.
Go to Tools -> File Association and click on Yes button to refresh the association of process files with Process Runner.
This should resolve the issue and users should now be able to open process files with Process Runner. If the issue is not resolved then follow any of the below mentioned steps.
2.Open Process Runner -> Click on File menu and then click on Open. Browse and select the target process file. The process file should display in Process Runner.
3.Navigate to the location where process files are located -> Right click on the process file you want to open. Click on 'Open with' and choose 'Process Runner'. The selected process file should open with Process Runner.
