How to Export/Import Innowera Enterprise Application Configuration file

This section describes how to Export a working configuration of Innowera Enterprise Application from one user to another user or users.

Make sure you are on the computer where you have configured Enterprise Applications to work with Process Runner. This is the computer we will use to export the working configuration that can be sent to all other Process Runner users so they can import the configuration and start working with Innowera Enterprise Applications.

Steps to export Enterprise Configuration file:

1.Start Process Runner and Go to Options->Enterprise Settings tab.

2.Ensure that EShare, Innowera Dashboard and Innowera Control Panel settings are correctly working for you. You may have all of these active or only some of them.

3.Go to Tools tab and click “Export”

4.It will store all the settings in various file in a form of a zip file named InnoweraEnterpriseConfig.zip

Steps to Import Configuration Steps:

1.Send the InnoweraEnterpriseConfig.zip to Process Runner user(s) and ask your Process Runner user(s) to place this file on desktop and start Process Runner. Process Runner will detect the InnoweraEnterpriseConfig.zip and will prompt user to import these settings.

2.  These configuration files as well as zip file will be automatically removed from users desktop once user clicks “yes”.
