Communication error with license server (-17) & (-117)

This error is caused due to registry corruption (not induced by the Innowera License Server) which leads to communication errors between Process Runner and Innowera License Server.
Follow the steps given below to solve this issue:
1.Open the command prompt with administrator privileges. 2.Type 'netsh winsock reset'

Note: Please note that the error at the Microsoft link mentioned above is different from the one which is encountered in Process Runner, though the underlying cause is same.
