This error occurs when the license file (.lic) is not copied to the folder where Innowera License Server is installed.
In order to resolve this issue please make sure to copy all the relevant license files (.lic) are copied in the folder where Innowera license server is running.
Note: Do not copy '.license' file in the folder where Innowera License Server is running.
If your issue is not resolved, please contact license@innowera.com with screen shot of specific error message and steps performed prior to encountering that error message.
