Manage Users
This topic describes how to manage a user role in Easy Workflow Cockpit.
To manage users
- In Easy Workflow Cockpit, select Manage > User Roles. The User Roles window is displayed.
- Select the role for which you want to manage users and select Manage User(s). The Manage User Role assignment window is displayed.
- Select the users who must be assigned to or removed from the user role. Note that every user role must have at least one user.
- Select Apply and OK. The Save Confirmation dialog box is displayed.
- Select Yes. The selected users have been assigned to or removed from the particular user role.
- Optionally, select Export. An Excel workbook is generated with the names of the users assigned to the user role.
