Manage Users

This topic describes how to manage a user role in Easy Workflow Cockpit.

To manage users

  1. In Easy Workflow Cockpit, select Manage > User Roles. The User Roles window is displayed.
  2. Select the role for which you want to manage users and select Manage User(s). The Manage User Role assignment window is displayed.
  3. Select the users who must be assigned to or removed from the user role. Note that every user role must have at least one user.
  4. Select Apply and OK. The Save Confirmation dialog box is displayed.
  5. Select Yes. The selected users have been assigned to or removed from the particular user role.
  6. Optionally, select Export. An Excel workbook is generated with the names of the users assigned to the user role.
