Manage Users
This topic describes how to manage a user group in Easy Workflow Cockpit.
To manage a user group
- In Easy Workflow Cockpit, select Manage > User Groups. The User Groups window is displayed.
- Select the user group whose users you want to manage and select Manage User(s). The Manage User Group assignment window is displayed.
- Select the users who must be added to or removed from the particular user group.
- Select Apply and OK. The Save Confirmation dialog box is displayed.
- Select Yes. The selected users have been added to or removed from the particular user group.
- Optionally, select Export. An Excel workbook is generated with the names of the selected users for the user group.
