1.Open Process Runner and click on 'GUI Script' option on the left panel. Enter transaction code 'MM41' and click on 'Start Recording' button.

2.Select your SAP system ID and click on ‘Logon’ button. Enter SAP logon credentials and click on OK button

1.Enter data appropriately and press ENTER to proceed further.

2.Insert header values as shown below.

3.Enter the data as shown below in 2nd row. Once you finish inserting data, click on ‘Check screen data’ button.

Note: Please do not hit ENTER at any point in this process.

4.When you click on “Check Screen data” button, vertical scroll will take place as shown below.

5.Click appropriately as shown below:  (click 1 time).

6.Finally click on ‘Save’ button to exit.

7.Clicking on Save option in SAP recording will Save the recording and open Home tab in Process Runner. Click on File -> Save as -> Save as Local... and save the file.

Mapping: When you finish recording and save, your mapper should look like below:

You need to insert ‘Loop’ in mapper for Vertical scrolling. Please make appropriate changes as shown below:
