When encountering error message similar to mentioned below, please follow these instruction.
Background Information/Cause:
Process Runner DB communicates to SAP via RFC in most cases. While extracting any of table and if user is getting above error in message log column. Earlier, this issue found with older version of SAP 4.X version and may be exists in newer version as well. For such issue, SAP has provided OSS note also to overcome such type of error occurrence.
Suggested Solution:
1.In iNetConnector window enable the 'BBRT Checked' option for the selected SAP system, choose 'Use BBRT' option and click on OK button.
2.This issue is due to older release of SAP version and SAP has provided an OSS note 1175255 for that release to resolve such type of error occurrence. We suggest you to review and apply the OSS note to resolve this issue. Consult your system administrator/SAP BASIS person to make changes in function module.
Note: OSS note implementation subject to your internal discussion.
3.Another alternative is to use a View where related table fields exists in the view. You may use “DD Explorer” function provided in Data Extraction creation wizard to find views on table.
