1.Switch to IBook and delete the existing data.
2.Select 'Generate Template' from the drop-down menu of Generate Template command in 'Tools' group.
3.On the "Generate Excel Template (iBook)" dialogue box select the 'Existing Worksheet' radio button.
4.Click on OK.
5.After successful Run you can view the status of your Excel Data File as shown below.
