Save ALV Grid Output to Excel or Local file

To save the ALV Grid output to Excel or local file, perform the following steps:

1. In Process Runner, start GUI Scripting recording.
2. Open SAP Logon. The logon page is displayed.
3. Double-click the required SAP system and enter valid credentials to sign in. The SAP Easy Access window is displayed.
4. Run a transaction.
5. Open the Report in ALV Grid.
6. Select > > Local File. The Save list in file… window is displayed.
7. Select Spreadsheet. The <ReportName> window is displayed.
8. In File Name, enter the file name and select Replace.
9. Stop the recording.

Note: If the Save file dialogue appears in a different windows style, download operation may not work when you play the recording. To resolve this issue, apply the SAP OSS Notes .
