Magnitude Connector for SAP Not Responding

Symptom

Sometimes, when you run a Process file, the Excel template gets corrupted, affecting the behavior of the Magnitude Connector for SAP. The Magnitude Connector for SAP window gets minimized even if the Excel instance is open.

Solution

Perform the following steps:

• Select Tools > Reset Layout to change the layout to its default setting. The Magnitude Connector for SAP window is displayed.
• Open Magnitude Connector for SAP, which is currently running in the background, using Task Manager. Double-click Microsoft Excel in the Processes tab of the Task Manager, right-click Magnitude Connector for SAP, and then select Maximize. The Magnitude Connector for SAP window is displayed.
