Map Excel columns and cells to SAP fields

** Note: Please refer Header Detail (Loop) Mapping Types for more detail on Loop mapping Types.

a)   Your mapping should reflect as below

b)   Click on Advance view in Mapper toolbar. You will be presented with a more detailed view of Mapper.

c)   Now we will be using Process runner Start – End Loop Mapping Mechanism to assign advanced mapping types.

d)   Select the first occurrence of SAPMV45A – 4001 (4.0 Screen Container for Overview Screens).

e)   Select the field in Mapping Type column & Set it to Start Loop.

f)    Automatically a new row with mapping type Start Loop & End Loop will be added in the Mapper.

g)   On the Block Type for Start Loop set Block Type to On Change Ignore Blank & Block Value to F (Customer Purchase Order).

h)   Set Block Type of Customer Purchase Order, Customer Purchase Order Date, Sold-to-Party & Ship-to-Party to Header Value.

i)    Set Block Type to Header+Line Item Value for Material Number & Customer Order quantity in sales units.

j)    Verify your Mapper settings as shown below in the screen.

Click on Run.
