TX_map_SimpleView

•Active: This check box tells Process Runner to either consider the given row or not. Setting a row to inactive (de-selecting) will tell Process Runner to keep the row but not to look at when you execute this process.

•Field: Displays SAP Field name.

•Field Description: Displays Field or Screen description if you had earlier requested that information while creating this file. This is purely for information or readability purpose and does not impact how transaction is executed.

•Map Value: In this field you provide actual mapped value based on Mapping Type. For example, if you have mapping type set as "Excel to SAP", you specified which Excel column to use in this column.

•Dynamic Formula: It allows changing field value dynamically before it is send to SAP.

•Screen Name: Displays Screen name and number related to Transaction you recorded.

•Field: Displays SAP Field name.

•Field Description: Displays Field or Screen description if you had earlier requested that information while creating this file. This is purely for information or readability purpose and does not impact how transaction is executed.

•Map Value: In this field you provide actual mapped value based on Mapping Type. For example, if you have mapping type set as "Excel to SAP", you specified which Excel column to use in this column.

•Dynamic Skip: It allows skipping Excel Row dynamically, Field or screening elements from being sent to SAP.

•Dynamic Formula: It allows changing field value dynamically before it is send to SAP.

•Length: It allows set field length as required by SAP.

•Excel To SAP: Tells Process Runner to get the value from Excel column.

•SAP To Excel: Tells Process Runner to place value received from SAP to given Excel column.

•Fix Single Value: Tells Process Runner to use value provided in "Map Value" column.

•System Value: Tells Process Runner to use dynamically calculated value as provided in "Map Value" column.

•Excel Cell Value: Tells Process Runner to place value received from SAP to given Excel cell.

•Cut: Cut current row to clipboard.

 

•Copy: Copy current row to clipboard.

•Paste: Paste raw from clipboard before current row.

•Clone: Duplicate Single / Multiple selection of records in Mapper.

•Delete: Delete Single / Multiple selection of records in Mapper.

•Select All Rows: Selects all the rows displayed in Mapper.

•Fast Map: These actions are applied to the entire selected row.

➢None: Removes any mapping previously assigned.

➢ Excel To SAP: Tells Process Runner to get the value from Excel column.

➢SAP To Excel: Tells Process Runner to place value received from SAP to given Excel column.

•Simple View: View the most relevant columns in Mapper.

•Advanced View: View more advance columns in Mapper.

•Active Rows: Displays only Active Rows.

•Inactive Rows: Displays only Inactive Rows

•All Rows: Displays all the rows (Active + Inactive)

•Generate Template: It allows generating Excel (iBook) template.

•Insert “Save” File Window Row: It allows setting to provide full file path to download files from SAP.

•Insert “Open” File Window Row: It allows setting to provide full file path to upload files to SAP.

•Insert "Browse For Folder" Row: It allows settings to provide full folder path to SAP.

•Insert Excel Report Row: It allows setting to provide full file path to download Excel files from SAP.

•Insert "Set SPA/GPA Parameters" Rows : It allows  to set/apply the values to the particular parameters. This is available for only transaction process files and is displayed on right click in Mapper.

Example: Let us consider ‘FB50' Tcode. On first time execution of this, an  pop up asking for the company code is displayed and next transaction onwards it takes the same company and gets to next screen. To handle this pop up problem, set value for the Parameter ID. By doing this always company code will be assigned Default company code so there will be no pop up window.

•Auto map all check mark ("X") to Excel: This option automatically adjusts mapping to include mapping of check mark (“X”) values to Excel. This option would be used when value “X” is used as input and not as standard selection.

•Auto map download of all Input fields: It will download existing value to all Input fields from SAP To Excel.

•Restore to Original recording: Revert to fresh Mapper settings (Mapper settings after New Recording).

•Undo Entry: It will undo previous changes.
