Stat

Clicking on Statistic icon in main window will bring usage statistic report. Usage report data could be useful in preparing ROI and various reports. Output of the usage report is also searchable and exportable to various formats. Stat displays the summary of each of the run process you have executed so far. Each time you execute the run, a record is inserted with summary information. Following information is presented.

•Refresh: Refresh current Stat File for latest updates.

•New Stat: Creates a new Stat File, old Stat File will be archived.

•Customization: Add \ Remove Columns as per user's convenience.

•Open Excel: Open Excel File relevant to a particular File in Stat. It will open the Excel file only if the Excel File Name row (in Type column) is selected for that file.

•Open File: Open the file from Stat entry. It will open the file only if the File Name row (in Type column) is selected for that file.

•Print: Print entire Stat.

•Upload: This option is to upload the Process Runner Statistics to Innowera DashBoard.

•Export to Excel: This option is used to export the statistics data to Excel file.

•Exit: Exit Stat.

For users having newer version of Process Runner '"4.20.74.x” and later, the values used for ROI calculation are passed automatically to Innowera Dashboard when Stat file is uploaded.

Transaction	The total number of screens traversed during the total calls made for a transaction that go successfully into SAP.Please note that the screens skipped using Dynamic Formula/Dynamic Skip during the call are not taken into consideration.	This is the total number of fields which are populated with data from SAP to Excel, Excel to SAP or Excel Cell Value during calls made to SAP. This does not include the fields that were skipped using the Dynamic Skip/Dynamic Formula.	This is the total number of constant values which are populated from Fix Single Value, Fix Multiple Value or Constant Value during calls made to SAP.	NA	NA

GUI Scripting	NA			The total number of GUI lines executed in the GUI script. This takes into count the lines which are executed each time as part of a loop. The lines skipped using Dynamic Skip/ Dynamic Formula are not considered.	NA
Data Extractor	NA	This is the total number of fields extracted as per the excel range filter settings and the total then divided by 20 is taken as one field.	This is the total number of constant values extracted as per the excel range filter settings.	NA	This is the total number of table data downloaded from SAP in to Excel. This does not include the records that were skipped using the Dynamic Skip/Dynamic Formula.
