The “Generate template functionality” of Process Runner is used to generate a new template and get the field name/description or both as per the current recording. If header is already mentioned in iBook/External Excel, then kindly remove header information and follow the steps mentioned below.
1.Select generate template from the drop-down of Generate Template at toolbar. 2.At the 'Generate Excel Template (iBook)' window, follow the steps mentioned below a.Select 'Create New Worksheet' if a new worksheet is to be created OR select 'Existing Worksheet' if the changes are to be overlapped to the existing worksheet (as selected at the drop down) in the current Workbook. b.Select 'Insert rows' radio button if a new row is to be inserted leaving the existing data as it is OR select 'Overwrite existing data' if the data of the current worksheet is to be overlapped. 3.Select the preference for the header of the column at drop down of 'Header Line' option and Click OK. •Technical Field Name: Selecting this option will display the technical field name of the SAP for the 'Header Line' of the column. •Field Description: Selecting this option will display the description for the 'Header Line' of the column •Both: Selecting this option will display both 'Technical Field Name' and 'Description' of the 'Header Line'
