Display Document in SAP

Display document in SAP allows Process Runner users to select cells in excel (iBook) having hyperlink in its SAP return messages and view them in SAP GUI. Clicking on this button will automatically open that display transaction. This option will not work for External Excel file. Please note that SAP GUI must be installed in order to use this option.

Following is an example for display document in SAP.

1.Click the Message Settings button in Home tab.  ‘SAP returned messages setting' window will be displayed.

2.Enable 'Add Hyperlink to the success message on each run' option to add hyperlink to the success message on each run.  Enter the transaction code and click OK.

3.Run the process file. The hyperlink is added to success messages in iBook as seen in below image.

4.Click the button, SAP logon window is displayed. Enter the valid logon credentials to login.

5.In the Select View window , select the 'Basic Data1' and click on to continue to view the transaction in SAP.
