This screen helps you create a new BAPI file.
You can create BAPI template using this wizard. Type or search generally available list of BAPIs. Review other settings and click on "OK" to login to SAP. Process Runner will log into SAP and generate the interface from your SAP system. This interface will be save as .IFF (Innowera Function module File)
•BAPI/RFM Name: Enter the SAP name for the BAPI/RFM you want to generate. •File Name: Enter the file name for BAPI/RFM •Save Local: oBAPI/RFM Folder: Select the location where the file will be saved. The file is usually saved in the default local path under My Documents\Innowera\Process Files folder. If you change the path, remember it for future references. •Save on EShare: This option allows to save the file on EShare. Set the sharing type as 'Private' or 'Shared'. For shared files users are allowed to set 'Read Only' or 'Read/Write' permissions. •Excel Data file: Allows to select external excel file that has data to be uploaded/downloaded to/from SAP. Provide correct sheet name of the selected excel file. This is an optional step and this field can be skipped as you can set this later in the Home tab. If no information is provided for this field then Process Runner will use the internal iBook as a default data source. •Logon Shortcut File: Enable this option and select the Logon Shortcut File that you want to use for SAP Login. When this option is enabled, SAP logon system selection and logon prompts will be disabled. •Automap return fields: When enabled this option automatically maps standard BAPI return fields to Excel columns starting from the column ID mentioned. Process Runner can automatically detect standard return fields and map them as SAP to excel downloads. You can change the column id mentioned if the suggested column id is not appropriate. •Get field descriptions: Retrieves field descriptions from SAP in your logon language. •Get BAPI/RFM documentation from SAP: When enabled retrieves and saves SAP standard documentation for selected function module in your logon language. •Documentation: Click on it to get the SAP documentation of selected BAPI/ RFM.
