The characteristics of Process Runner to read the excel cell values during execution can be customized. This can be done using 'Read Excel Cell Values' option stationed at the 'Excel Control' in 'Edit' ribbon tab.

'Read Excel Cell Values' option is implemented to write the header information to Excel at the end of each run. This option is often useful when the user requires to retrieve fields from SAP to Excel as this option tends to introduce the fields by their headers.

Follow the generic steps mentioned below in order to choose how process runner will read the values.

1.Go to 'Excel Controls' group at 'Edit' ribbon tab.

2.Enable the 'Write Header to Excel' and select Header Type and Execution Type from drop-down menu.

3.Enable/Disable 'Show Excel on Run' command button.
