Unlicensed timezone (-36)

Symptom

Sometimes, when the user is trying to use the Process Runner license outside of the licensed site, the following error message is displayed in the License Check window.

SPRA:24 Application from unlicensed timezone (36)

Solution

  1. Check with your administrator who is handling the Magnitude license management, if you are using correct type of license or if there is another type of license that is available for your site.
  2. You may upgrade your license to add another site. Contact InnoweraLicense@magnitude.com or write to the Magnitude sales team.

Note: The Magnitude license you have purchased is valid only for a specific site and should not be used outside of that site.
