Resolve User Not Found error

Symptom

When you try to open Process Runner, the following error message is displayed.

Cause

This error occurs when you configure Control Panel in Process Runner but, your name does not exist in the instance of Control Panel that you have used.

Solution

Contact your system administrator to add your user name in Control Panel. For more information, see Innowera Control Panel Help.
