Install Named or Floating Licenses

Installing Named or Floating Licenses for Process Runner requires two License Files as follows:

• PROR.LIC File: ProR.Lic file contains the details required to connect Innowera License Server from Process Runner. It is a single-line text file and contains the IP address or the server name and port number of the Innowera License Server. ProR.Lic file format is provided by Innowera and must be edited by the person managing the Innowera License Server. Thereafter, it is distributed among the Process Runner end-users.
• Client Side License File (*****.License): This license file contains details on operative capabilities of Process Runner. For example, the modules allowed, numbers of rows that can be processed, and allowed environments.

Contact the person who manages the Innowera license server in your organization to get ProR.lic and ****.license files, then copy these files to My Documents\Innowera\LIC folder or as instructed. After the files are copied to appropriate location, Process Runner connects to Innowera License Server and checks out appropriate license on Start-Up/Restart.
