The Generate Template facility in Process Runner is used to produce a template of the current process file. Following table describes the influence of each option of template settings.

Enabling this option will create an entire new worksheet in the existing workbook and generate the template there.

Enabling this option create the template in existing worksheet.

|
Selecting this option from the drop-down will allow the Process Runner to retrieve Technical Field Name at the header of the columns from SAP.

Selecting this option from the drop-down will allow the Process Runner to retrieve Field Description Name at the header of the columns from SAP.

Both
|
Selecting this option from the drop-down will allow the Process Runner to retrieve both Technical Field Name and Field Description at the header of the column from SAP.

Insert sample data from recording.
|
Enabling this option will insert sample data that was entered during recording the process file.

Following are the generic steps to configure the generate template settings. Refer to the above table to take decisions on configurations.
1.Go to iBook tab. 2.Click on Generate Template command or select 'Generate Template' from the drop-down menu of Generate Template command 'Other' group. 3.On the "Generate Excel Template (iBook)" dialogue box perform the required settings and click on 'OK'.
