This tab shows and allows you to maintain most important information for the file you are working on. For example, it shows which Excel file will be used and how the Transaction or BAPI should be executed in SAP. Users can also control how to perform SAP logon and how many parallel sessions to use.
The Home tab and Edit tab have a common Excel panel of options that allows the user to select the source of excel file. User can also configure advanced options from this panel. In case if Process Connection is enabled from View group of Home tab, then an additional panel of process connection is displayed below Excel Panel. Following table represents the various options stationed at both 'Excel Panel' and 'Process Connection' panel.

Use external Excel file |
Process Runner allows the users to implement external Excel file for various tasks related to Process Files. Selecting this option will open a prompt to select the excel file on local system which will be used for that particular process file. Click on Browse icon to browse and select the path of external excel file at local system. User can also click on Excel icon to open the excel file that is selected in path. |
Sheet Name |
Select the sheet name from the drop-down menu of 'Sheet Name' in which the results of the task or process file is to be placed. If the drop-down menu does not display the required sheet name, then prefer to click on 'Refresh' icon. |

Start Row |
This option is used to set first Excel row where Process Runner will start the execution of the that particular file. |

End Row |
This option is used to sets the last Excel row where Process Runner must stop executing the run. If there is no data before End Row, process runner will stop even before it reaches the End Row. |

Turn off auto status and log column and use this column |
By default, Process Runner automatically finds last available Excel column and places return log in this column. If the logs are required in specific Excel column, check the box and provide the column name in which the log is to be written. |
