Let us take another Excel report export example of KSB1

1.Start recording KSB1 from new transaction wizard.

2.Enter the login details.

3.Enter the cost center (1110 in here), Posting date and layout (if any specific) for which you want to export report. Hit F8 or Execute button.

4.In the next screen navigate to List-> Export-> Spreadsheet menu.

5.Click on ok in the Filter criteria dialog.

6.Select table and click on OK.

7.Select Microsoft Excel and click OK.

8.You will notice your report pop up automatically in an excel file.  Do not close it. Press Alt+Tab to go to a SAP message prompt.

9.Confirm the SAP message to “Save data in spreadsheet” by clicking on OK.

10.Back in the New transaction wizard click on OK to create the file.

11.Examine Mapper and “#SAVE_EXCEL_REPORT#,2” field. Refer Example 1  to understand the functioning of this field.

12.Click on Run and it should export the report to \\Mydocuments (the path specified in column D)

13.Open and verify the data in exported Report file.

14.Similarly you can export multiple report files as below.
