EP/SSO Login Problem

Symptom

Sometimes, when you try to sign in to an SAP using Enterprise Portal Logon, a network-related error message is displayed.

Solution

  1. Copy and paste the URL in your web browser to check connectivity issue.
  2. Verify the settings configured on the Settings tab.
  3. On the Web Logon tab, enter the user credentials and select Continue. If your settings are correct, you are provided a ticket to sign in.

If you still face any issue, copy the saplogon.ini file from C:\Windows directory and check with your Application Server administrator to ensure that it contains valid entries.
