EP/SSO Login Problem
Symptom
Sometimes, when you try to sign in to an SAP using Enterprise Portal Logon, a network-related error message is displayed.
Solution
- Copy and paste the URL in your web browser to check connectivity issue.
- Verify the settings configured on the Settings tab.
- On the Web Logon tab, enter the user credentials and select Continue. If your settings are correct, you are provided a ticket to sign in.
If you still face any issue, copy the saplogon.ini
file from C:\Windows directory
and check with your Application Server administrator to ensure that it contains valid entries.
