Communication error with license server (-17) & (-175)

Symptom

When a user tries to connect to the license server, the following error message is displayed.

Cause

This error occurs when the license file is not copied to the folder where Innowera License Server is installed.

Solution

To resolve this issue, copy all the relevant license files (.lic) to the folder where Innowera license server is running.

Note: Do not copy the .license file to the folder where Innowera license server is running.
