Data Extractor is a process of extracting table data from SAP in to Excel using Process Runner for further data processing. You can filter data before extraction using inbuilt feature ‘Data Filter’ in Process Runner. Using ‘DD Explorer’ option, you can search for various Table/Views.
Let us consider that we want to extract data from ‘MARC’ table from SAP system. Before we begin recording a transaction to extract the data, let’s launch Process Runner and initiate the process to create a new recording.
1.Find Process Runner icon on your desktop and start the application.
2.Click on “New” or press CTRL + N shortcut to record a new transaction.
